Download the almost complete website below and in its external CSS file (stylesheets/style.css) create a CSS selector for each of the CSS property blocks as described in the comments in the file.
When the CSS selectors are added you should be able to view the included page called weather.html and have it appear like the screenshot that is also included in the download.
